We provide

PPF Model

Through this model, we propose and develop a new approach of recall prevention, with preventive solutions and actions initiated and maintained throughout the product lifecycle. This model is based on the distinction of product lifecycle steps and the potential occurrence of a recall considering time line: Past, Present, and Future. Through this mindset and applying correlation between data from recalls that occurred (commodity and similar), internal and external failures, company's processes and requirements, regulatory requirements, legal and customer's requirements, we can determine " gaps" and real / potential risks, generating a Risk Map with short, medium and long-term actions.

The development of this model is carried out in conjunction with a team defined by the company, and this will allow this team to use and maintain this approach for new products / developments and/or current products.

Sequencial Risk Assessment (SRA)

Sequential Risk Assessment aims to diagnose specific potential recall risks, focusing together on system, process, and product. In addition to conformity aspects, this assessment results in a Potential Risk Report. SRA can be applied to a particular component, subsystem, or system.

This assessment can be conducted specifically, starting and ending at a determined point defined by the company, and can also be performed by the company itself using previously trained evaluators for such activity.

Traceability Analysis (TA)

Traceability Analysis aims to evaluate company's traceability process regarding the requirements of IATF 16949 (4.4.1.2 / 8.3.3.1 / 8.5.6.1.1 / 8.5.2 / 8.6 / 8.7.1.4 and 8.7.1.5), customer requirements, regulatory requirements and company's requirements, as well as the relationship between lot size, costs, containment limits and reaction time due to a potential recall.

This analysis also includes performing a "Self-Assessment" according to requirement 6.1 of AIAG CQI-28 Manual - Traceability Guideline.
